We’re hiring a dynamic Personal Assistant who is trustworthy, detail-oriented, and excels at multitasking with a calm, professional, and positive attitude.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management and acting as a primary contact between executive and external stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments
  • Conduct online research to identify potential customers
  • Help with social media posts or simple online tasks
  • Managing investment portfolio, insurance claims and other personal matters.
  • Managing Customer inquiries, deliveries and samples.
  • Meet with customers and share samples and marketing materials.
  • Run errands and manage personal and family appointments.
  • Manage the daily operations of the home.
  • Supervise staff like cleaners, gardeners, and chefs.
  • Work with service providers and contractors.
  • Handle household budgets, bills, and petty cash.
  • Familiar with MS Office, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Pre-requisite:

UAE Driving License with own car
