Job description

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a high-net-worth individual’s villa located in a prestigious area of Dubai.

This is a hands-on, multifaceted role that involves managing the residence with the highest standards of cleanliness, organization and discretion. The House Manager will be responsible for supervising household staff, coordinating with external service providers and vendors, assisting with personal tasks and supporting the High net worth individual with calendar management, correspondence and other administrative responsibilities of a personal assistant.

The ideal candidate will be a highly organized multitasker with exceptional attention to detail, discretion and a service-oriented mindset. A trustworthy and professional demeanor is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the villa and ensure all areas are maintained impeccably
  • Oversee and coordinate household staff, including housekeepers, chefs and drivers
  • Act as the primary point of contact and personal assistant to the HNI
  • Manage the executive calendar, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
  • Liaise with service providers, vendors and contractors for home maintenance and events
  • Handle household bills, petty cash and procurement of supplies
  • Plan and execute private events or gatherings at the residence
  • Support with personal tasks such as online shopping and travel arrangements

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in HNI households in the UAE or at least 5 years in a housekeeping management or similar leadership role within 5-star hotels/properties
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Strong team management skills with experience managing multicultural teams
  • Professional, personable and discreet with a proactive attitude
  • Highly trustworthy with a proven track record of integrity and confidentiality
  • Flexibility of working weekends or long hours when required
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
  • Salary budget is between AED 6,500 and AED 7,500
