One of our reputed clients is seeking an experienced & highly professional Villa Manager for their Dubai property.

Level : Mid Management

Salary : AED 8,000

Accommodation : Live-In (Private room provided). Meals included.

Qualification : Hospitality-related education preferred but not essential.

Experience : Prior experience in the Hospitality Division as a Manager, Private Butler, or F&B experience required.

Start Date : Immediate

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee the general operations of a private villa (8-bedroom property) in Dubai.
  • Manage household schedules and calendars.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate events.
  • Arrange appointments for personal and professional needs.
  • Schedule home maintenance, cleanliness, and repair work; supervise projects.
  • Prepare monthly budgets.
  • Handle household and utility bills, along with administrative duties.
  • Monitor property and staff expenses; prepare monthly reports.
  • Supervise household staff such as housekeepers, private chefs, nannies, and governesses.
  • Manage food, stock, supplies, and ensure groceries are stocked.
