HOUSE MANAGER

One of our reputed clients is seeking an experienced & highly professional Villa Manager for their Dubai property.

Level : Mid Management

Salary : AED 8,000

Accommodation : Live-In. (Private room will be provided). Meals provided.

Qualification : Hospitality related education preferred but not essential.

Experience : Must have prior experience in the Hospitality Division as a Manager / Private Butler / F&B experience.

Start Date : Immediate

Main Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the general operations of a private villa (8 bedroom property) in Dubai.
• Managing the household’s schedules and calendars.
• Event planning, organizing, and coordination.
• Arranging appointments for personal and professional needs.
• Scheduling home maintenance, cleanliness, and repair work, and supervising the project.
• Preparing monthly budgets.
• Handling household bills, utility bills, and administrative duties.
• Monitoring the property expenses and staff expenses; and preparing monthly reports.
• Supervision of other household staff, such as housekeepers, private chefs, nannies / governesses.
• Managing food/stock, supplies, and other requested items to ensure groceries are stocked.
