As a Security Supervisor you will supervise officers, coordinate with the Security Manager, conduct rosters, monitor CCTV, and ensure compliance with fire and safety procedures in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Security Professional; hotel security experience preferred.
• CPR, First Aid, BHV or AED certifications are a plus.
• Strong English language skills, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Supervise other Security Officers and conduct briefing for them.
• Assign duties as per instructions from Security Manager.
• Prepare duty roster and conduct departmental orientation for new employees.
• Coordinate with local police, CID if required.
• Check the property daily for damage or incidents.
• Guard entrances/exits and submit daily reports to Lobby Manager.
• Monitor designated areas on CCTV.
• Ensure fire exits are unobstructed and safety equipment is in place.
• Perform tasks in line with hotel standards and legal requirements.
