Responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property; secure rooms and assist guests with room access.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems; respond to incidents and emergencies.
• Authorize, monitor, and document access to secured areas; conduct investigations and interviews.
• Defuse disturbances and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Escort unwelcome persons and maintain confidentiality of reports and documents.
