Hotel Sales Manager vacancy in Sharjah UAE

Hotel Sales Manager

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy levels for the hotel. Your main focus will be on attracting and retaining corporate clients, while also expanding the hotel's market share in the leisure segment. You will work closely with the Director of Sales to identify potential clients, negotiate contracts, and develop relationships with key accounts. Additionally, you will oversee the sales team and ensure they are meeting their targets and providing exceptional customer service.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in both corporate and leisure markets
- Building relationships with key clients to secure repeat business
- Negotiating contracts, rates, and terms with potential clients
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Monitoring market trends and competitors' activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Training and managing the sales team to optimize their performance
- Analyzing sales data and preparing reports for management review

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with clients
- Knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices
- Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary: $1700 per month

Location: Sharjah, UAE (preferably Indian national)
