Hotel Sales Manager

We are currently hiring for a Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for someone with experience in hotel sales and a strong understanding of the Indian market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain Indian customers
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key partners in the Indian market
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for sales growth
• Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to track progress and measure success
• Train and mentor the sales team to ensure they are knowledgeable about the hotel's offerings and able to effectively sell to Indian guests
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and revenue management, to develop promotional campaigns targeted towards Indian customers
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, events, and other networking opportunities within the Indian community

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, with a strong understanding of the Indian market
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients
• Proficiency in using sales management software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
