Job summary

Marriott International in Dubai is seeking a vigilant Security Guest Services Associate to patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms, assist guests with access, and conduct emergency response drills and safety inspections.

You will monitor CCTV and alarm systems, document incidents, escort unwelcome persons, ensure compliance with beverage control laws, and prepare reports while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None.

Responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property; secure rooms and assist guests with room access.
• Conduct emergency drills, safety inspections, investigations, and interviews.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems; authorize access to secured areas.
• Escort unwelcome persons from the property and defuse disturbances.
• Complete and maintain confidential reports; provide proper paperwork to employees.
