Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton is seeking a Security/Loss Prevention Associate in Dubai to safeguard guests and assets on-site. You will conduct key control audits, monitor CCTV, respond to incidents, and assist guests with room access.

Maintain detailed incident reports and support management in training while upholding The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards. Role requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to act calmly during emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No related work experience preferred.
• No supervisory experience required.
• License or Certification: None.

Responsibilities

• Conduct key control audits and monitor key boxes.
• Patrol property and assist guests with room access.
• Respond to incidents and complete incident reports.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems; contact EMS or provide first aid if needed.
• Escort unwelcome persons off the property and report accidents.
• Protect confidentiality and assist management in training and enforcing standards.
