Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Revenue Accounting Specialist to provide services for a portfolio of hotels across the Middle East and Africa, supported by the UAE Finance Centre of Excellence in Ras Al Khaimah. You will work closely with hotel teams remotely to ensure accuracy, compliance with Hilton standards, and timely reporting.

The role reports to the Revenue Accounting Supervisor and involves daily income audits, postings, re-allocations, tax reconciliations, and continuous process improvements

Qualifications

• Accounting knowledge with Revenue Accounting focus.
• Familiarity with Navision, OnQ/OA and strong Excel.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate revenue postings and daily income audit reports.
• Approve reports and ensure documentation is uploaded in the system.
• Post revenue and process reallocations as requested by finance leads.
• Reconcile revenue-related taxes and prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Investigate variances in credit card reconciliations with COE and hotel teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to drive efficiency.
