Job description

We are hiring an experienced and hands-on Hotel Property Manager to oversee the complete functioning of our hotel property in Sharjah. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage daily operations, team performance, guest satisfaction, and property upkeep while ensuring all departments run smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing the day-to-day functioning of all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services
  2. Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and overall property presentation
  3. Supervising staff, managing schedules, and ensuring high levels of employee productivity and engagement
  4. Handling guest concerns and complaints efficiently to maintain excellent service standards
  5. Overseeing budget controls, daily reports, and cost-effective resource management
  6. Ensuring full compliance with local health, safety, and labor regulations
  7. Coordinating with vendors, contractors, and service providers as required
  8. Reporting regularly to ownership/management with updates on performance and property status
  9. Implementing best practices to improve overall efficiency, profitability, and guest experience

Desired Candidate Profile:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  2. 3–5 years of experience managing a hotel or hospitality property
  3. Strong knowledge of hotel workflows, maintenance procedures, and guest services
  4. Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
  5. Proficient in hotel property systems and reporting tools
  6. UAE experience preferred; must be currently based in UAE or willing to relocate to Sharjah
