Hotel Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient management of staff, and profitability. Responsibilities:

4. Manage budgets, financial reports, and cost control strategies to maximize profitability.
5. Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff, fostering a positive work environment.
6. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to increase bookings and revenue.
7. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
8. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
9. Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management or a senior leadership role in hospitality.
