The ideal candidate will oversee all hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and profitability. This role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities: - Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction. - Develop and implement strategic plans to drive hotel revenue and profitability. - Lead and motivate a diverse team across various departments including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. - Manage budgets, financial performance, and allocate resources efficiently. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations. - Build and maintain excellent relationships with guests, suppliers, and stakeholders. - Drive marketing and promotional activities to enhance the hotel's market position. - Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - Resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively to maintain a positive reputation. - Recruit, train, and develop staff to foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or in a senior management role within the hospitality industry. - Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. - In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, financial management, and relevant software systems. - Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment. - Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage. - Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. - Flexible and adaptable with a problem-solving attitude.
