Job summary

ApplyMint is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead the financial operations of its hotels in the UAE. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance in a dynamic hospitality environment.

You will manage accounts payable and receivable, implement internal controls, coordinate with auditors, and provide insights to leadership to boost profitability while ensuring UAE regulations. This role requires strong finance leadership and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• CPA or CMA certification preferred
• Minimum 5 years experience in financial management within hospitality (hotels)
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulations and hospitality accounting standards
• Fluent English requirement

Responsibilities

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for hotel operations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
