Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group in Dubai is seeking a Finance and Business Support Manager to balance books for owners, auditors and regulators while driving profitability.

You will lead and coach a team, maintain accounting standards, supervise accounts payable, purchasing and payroll, and contribute to budgeting, payments and controls to enhance guest experiences and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
• 4–8 years in hotel accounting or auditing.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role (Assistant Controller or similar).
• Professional accounting designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the accounting team to ensure correct task allocation.
• Set high standards of accounting practices and financial controls.
• Analyze financial data to maximize profitability and inform budgeting.
• Improve payment options, inventory controls and resolve disputes.
• Oversee Accounts Payable, Purchasing and Payroll functions.
