Job summary

Towers Rotana in Dubai is seeking a proactive Electrical Supervisor to lead a team responsible for installing, repairing and inspecting electrical systems in compliance with government codes and hotel standards.

You will develop preventive maintenance schedules, manage electrical panels, coordinate with other departments, and train staff to handle emergencies while staying calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• A degree in electrical engineering.
• Proven knowledge in developing and implementing electrical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all the electrical equipments in good working condition.
• Maintain all electrical control panels in accurate function.
• Prepare preventive maintenance schedule.
• Coordinate with other departments counterparts and ensure their satisfaction on quality and progress.
• Create on the job training among engineering employees and create opportunities for them to multitask.
• Be aware of the emergency procedure in the hotel and know what to do in case of emergencies.
