Job description

As a professional in your role, your responsibilities and essential job functions will include but are not limited to:

• Greet arriving and departing guests warmly and professionally.
• Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out procedures.
• Provide safe and timely transportation for guests to and from airports, local destinations, or hotel-approved locations.
• Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of hotel vehicles.
• Load and unload luggage safely into vehicles and guest rooms as requested.
• Deliver items or messages to guest rooms as needed.
• Provide guests with information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel services.
• Monitor guest needs and assist with special requests or mobility assistance.
• Support front desk staff with guest service duties during slower driving periods.
• Report vehicle issues, accidents, or guest complaints to management promptly.

Ideally, you should possess some or all the following qualifications and experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in hospitality, transportation, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry luggage.
• Neat, professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
• Knowledge of local area, directions, and points of interest is a plus.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• First aid and CPR certification is a plus.
