Hotel Development Project Lead – Middle East & Egypt

Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Senior Project Manager based in Dubai to lead hotel development projects across the Middle East, with a primary focus on Egypt. You will work with owners, developers and consultants to ensure delivery aligns with Hilton standards and project timelines.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, conduct site inspections, and support openings from design through handover. Travel across Egypt and the wider region is required to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in hospitality design, construction or project management.
• Experience managing multiple hotel development projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage design and construction across assigned hotel projects (new builds, conversions, renovations).
• Lead projects per AD&C process and Hilton PM roles and responsibilities.
• Act as main Hilton AD&C representative to owners, consultants and stakeholders throughout lifecycle.
• Prepare monthly internal project reports with progress, milestones, risks and mitigation plans.
• Review consultant submissions and ensure alignment with Hilton Brand Standards and local/international codes.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews to ensure timely decisions and project alignment.
• Oversee snagging inspections, handover and hotel openings readiness.
