The St. Regis Dubai Luxury hotel is seeking a bartender who elevates service with a host mindset. You will mix drinks, anticipate guests’ needs, and contribute to a memorable experience at the bar and across the hotel.

You should be passionate about guest service, maintain bar appearance, handle cash, support the team, and adapt to micro-local trends while upholding rigorous standards of presentation and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None
• Previous experience in a standalone or high-end specialty bar/restaurant is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest service at the bar and hospitality across the hotel.
• Maintain bar appearance and ensure smooth operations.
• Stand, move, and lift up to 25 pounds as part of duties.
