Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Bartender to deliver exceptional drinks and guest experiences in our lively hotel bar and restaurant. You will greet guests, prepare and present cocktails, manage stock and maintain a clean, organized bar, and work closely with the restaurant team to ensure smooth service.

The role requires flexibility for night, weekend and holiday shifts, and compliance with local laws on alcohol service.

Qualifications

• Experience in bartending and creating drinks.
• Ability to read, write and basic maths.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest and set the tone for their experience.
• Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard and highlight promotions for guests.
• Own the bar – manage stock, inventory and equipment and keep the space clean.
• Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy.
• Collaborate with restaurant colleagues to ensure seamless food service.
