Job summary

Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights is seeking a General Accountant to support the department in line with Hyatt International's strategies and brand standards. You will help ensure accurate and timely financial processes and reporting.

Responsibilities include maintaining controls, supporting audits, and coordinating with other departments to meet guest, employee and owner expectations. This role focuses on reliable accounting functions within the department.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Finance, Commerce or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience.
• Knowledge in Accounts Receivable, General Cashiering and Income audit will be an added advantage.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
• The General Accountant is responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the accounting functions within the Accounting Department.
