Renaissance Hotels in Dubai is seeking a Finance & Accounting professional to support daily financial operations, ensure accuracy of postings, and maintain records in line with Marriott policies. Responsibilities include processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and no supervisory experience. You will work in a collaborative team, uphold confidentiality, and assist with period-end

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None

Responsabilités

Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.
Record, store, access, and analyze financial information.
Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute financial reports and payroll data.
Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified.
Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue invoices and account statements.
Follow up and resolve past due accounts and vendor invoices.
Document and maintain cash variances; manage cashier banks and contracts.
Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets; respond professionally to inquiries.
Move and lift objects up to 10 pounds; support team goals.
