We are currently recruiting for a full-time Hostess to join our enthusiastic team.

As a Host/Hostess, you must present a positive first impression, friendliness, excellent service, and high standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests warmly with a smile and eye contact; escorting them to their table; presenting menus; announcing waitstaff's names.
• Using visual cues to seat guests in the bar or dining area based on their preference.
• Informing guests of current promotions and the serving staff to ensure a smooth handoff.
• Answering incoming calls and providing appropriate service.
• Managing guest flow into the dining and bar areas and providing accurate wait times.
• Engaging in natural conversation with guests and attending to their special needs and requests.
• Observing guest needs during dining to ensure high-quality service.
• Adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies to protect the establishment and patrons.
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Ideally, candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a four or five-star hotel or comparable industry. Strong communication skills, cultural engagement, attention to detail, high performance standards, multitasking ability, and proficiency in related software are preferred.
