The successful applicant will be outgoing and always make a great first impression, ensuring all our guests have the most curated, luxurious, and enjoyable experience that Shangri-La offers. Bord Eau serves classical French cuisine elevated by the very best produce, with artfully plated dishes paired with the finest wines, promising a memorable meal in a Louis XIII décor-inspired setting.
