At Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah, a Hostess is responsible for making guests feel at home by extending a warm welcome, assisting guests to sit, and giving them a warm send-off. The role involves providing the highest degree of guest satisfaction.

What will I be doing?

As a Hostess, you are responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. You should have extensive knowledge of menu offerings. Specifically, your responsibilities include:

1. Managing guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
2. Ensuring knowledge of the menu and all products.
3. Following correct reporting procedures if faced with issues.
4. Practicing Hilton Grooming standards, including uniform dress code, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.
5. Assisting callers courteously and promptly, taking messages as necessary, ensuring they are legible and accurate, and passing them to the appropriate person without delay.
6. Having a good knowledge of the restaurant's seating arrangements.
7. Complying with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
