Job Description

How does your working day look like …

• You’ll always keep your cool – even when all the guests want a restaurant table at the same time
• You'll be in charge of the restaurant reservations
• You’ll be a role model to all hostesses from the first “Hello” to the final “Take care, see you soon”
• You’ll offer attentive service to guests, adapting to any constraints
• You’ll heed any remarks made by guests and ensure follow-up
• You’ll promote the F&B offer
• You’ll prepare the bookings and special needs as required
• You’ll clean and tidy the outlet and preparation areas after closing
• You’ll organise your work to suit fluctuations in numbers, events, and guests

Qualifications

• You’ve completed your training and have already gained your first experience in the hotel or catering business.
• You have fun working with people, and enjoy making others feel good
• You’re passionate about good food and drinks, and enjoy discovering new concepts
• You’re not just bringing your abilities, but also your character
• Experience in working at a nightlife venue can be a valuable asset
