Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using reservation software
• Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortable
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Communicate guest preferences and feedback to the service team
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Coordinate with service staff to manage table rotations and special seating requests
• Ensure a high standard of guest service at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Hostess in a luxury or fine dining restaurant
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed and presentable at all times
• Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Positive attitude and team spirit
