Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc. in Ras al-Khaimah is seeking a friendly Hostess to greet guests, manage seating, and help deliver warm hospitality from arrival to departure.

You’ll represent Hilton’s light and warmth in every interaction and contribute to a memorable dining experience. You will need a minimum of 2 years in Food & Beverage or hospitality, strong guest-service instincts, and excellent grooming and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and delight our guests: Greet every guest warmly and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere from arrival to departure.
• Manage guest queries: Respond to guest questions and requests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to ensure an excellent experience.
• Know the menu and restaurant: Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, products, promotions, and restaurant seating arrangements to confidently assist guests.
• Assist with reservations and seating: Manage seating arrangements efficiently and assist callers courteously, taking accurate messages and passing them to the appropriate person without delay.
• Maintain professional standards: Follow Hilton Grooming Standards, including uniform, cleanliness, and personal hygiene requirements.
• Follow procedures and regulations: Report issues through the correct procedures and comply with hotel security, fire, health, and safety regulations.
