• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Manage reservations through phone email and in-person inquiries
• Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortably seated
• Monitor table rotation to maximize seating efficiency and minimize wait times
• Coordinate with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Maintain an organized and clean reception area
• Handle guest inquiries and special requests with empathy and efficiency
• Assist in resolving any customer concerns or complaints
• Collaborate with the food and beverage team to support overall operations
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items daily specials and promotions
