This opportunity is with a planned starting date of 15th August 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival
Manage waitlists and reservations using a booking system or seating chart
Escort guests to tables and provide menus
Communicate with servers and managers about guest needs, large parties, or VIPs
Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk, entrance area, and menus
Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide accurate restaurant information
Monitor the dining area to anticipate and respond to guest needs
Ensure a smooth and efficient seating flow during busy shifts
Handle guest complaints or refer them to management as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Fluent in Arabic
