Job Description

• Take reservations and welcome guests to the assigned outlet.
• Be familiar with the buffet restaurant operations and regulations.
• Participate in daily briefings and communicate any special bookings, VIP guests, promotions, or theme dinners.
• Assist in checking the daily mise en place according to service requirements.
• Be familiar with the menus and ongoing promotions in the outlet and provide recommendations to guests.
• Carry out other related assignments or tasks entrusted by the Manager from time to time.
• Be familiar with all relevant company documentation and especially the Operational Standards Manual for the department.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills in Russian (PRIORITY).
• Good communication skills in English.
• Service-focused personality is essential.
• Flexibility to work extra hours, break shifts, and perform other assigned tasks.
• Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury five-star hotel/resort is preferred.
