Job Description
This opportunity is with a planned starting date of 15th August 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.
• Manage waitlists and reservations using a booking system or seating chart.
• Escort guests to tables and provide menus.
• Communicate with servers and managers about guest needs, large parties, or VIPs.
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk, entrance area, and menus.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide accurate restaurant information.
• Monitor the dining area to anticipate and respond to guest needs.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient seating flow during busy shifts.
• Handle guest complaints or refer them to management as needed.
