Overview

Greet guests, manage reservations, maintain cleanliness, communicate with staff, handle complaints, and uphold service standards with excellent customer service skills in a hospitality environment. Roles include VIP Hostess (Airport Lounges), Waiter/Waitress, and Hostess in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage reservations and seating, provide customer service, coordinate with service and kitchen teams, and maintain front-of-house appearance in restaurant and lounge settings.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, upsell menu items, ensure guest satisfaction, handle inquiries, and maintain hygiene and safety protocols.
• Provide high-standard food and beverage service to VIP guests, ensuring a luxurious atmosphere while maintaining hygiene and guest satisfaction.
• Operate reservations systems, manage guest profiling where applicable, and support service setup and operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Support staff, manage payments and inventory as needed, and resolve guest complaints with professionalism.
