Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Hostess to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Hostess, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

1. Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
2. Manage reservations via phone, email, and in person.
3. Guide guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortably seated.
4. Monitor table rotation to maximize seating efficiency and reduce wait times.
5. Coordinate with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth service flow.
6. Maintain an organized and clean reception area.
7. Handle guest inquiries and special requests with empathy and efficiency.
8. Assist in resolving customer concerns or complaints.
9. Collaborate with the food and beverage team to support overall operations.
10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations.
• Excellent guest service skills with a strong customer-focused attitude.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
• Proficiency with reservation management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills for reservations and table management.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move continuously during shifts.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in hospitality is a plus.
