Description:
SushiSamba is seeking a dynamic and friendly Hostess to join our team at our Abu Dhabi location. As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests and play a crucial role in creating an exceptional dining experience. You will ensure guests feel welcome, provide excellent customer service, and maintain an organized and smooth operation at the front desk.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage reservations and ensure smooth seating arrangements.
• Assist in coordinating guest flow and ensure tables are set and ready for dining.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the menu, restaurant, and promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the entrance and host stand area.
• Assist in accommodating special requests and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service while working collaboratively with the restaurant team.

Qualification:

• Previous experience in a similar role from fine dining venues, recent international experience will be highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Russian, Italian, Spanish, will be highly preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role from fine dining venues, recent international experience will be highly preferred.
