We're Hiring: Hostess F&B Industry The Lab Holding (Dubai UAE)

Do you have a warm smile, a graceful presence, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? The Lab Holding is looking for an experienced Hostess to join our front-of-house team in one of our upscale restaurant brands in Dubai.

This is a full-time onsite opportunity for someone who loves hospitality, thrives in fast-paced environments, and knows how to make every guest feel like a VIP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a professional welcoming attitude and escort them to their tables.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Answer and direct phone calls with courtesy and professionalism.
• Provide accurate information about the restaurant menu and events.
• Coordinate and assist with private events or special guest arrangements.
• Keep the reception and dining area neat, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Communicate effectively with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support the overall guest experience from arrival to departure.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a Hostess in a high-end restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Fluent in English (Arabic, Russian, or Turkish are major pluses).
• Experience managing reservations and coordinating event logistics.
• Warm personality, excellent grooming, and customer service focus.
• Ability to multitask and work gracefully under pressure.
• Familiarity with reservation systems is a plus.
