Hostess

We are seeking a polished, well-spoken, and customer-oriented Hostess to be the welcoming face of our luxury restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong presence, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.

• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using reservation software.

• Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortable.

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

• Communicate guest preferences and feedback to the service team.

• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

• Coordinate with service staff to manage table rotations and special seating requests.

• Ensure a high standard of guest service at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Hostess in a luxury or fine dining restaurant.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Well-groomed and presentable at all times.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Positive attitude and team spirit.
