Position Title: Hostess

Salary: up to 9K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus tips

About the Client: A leading Italian restaurant in Abu Dhabi, serving authentic Neapolitan-style pizza in a warm and welcoming setting.

Job Description:

1. Welcome the guests in a friendly, professional manner, manage reservations and waitlists using a system or manual log.
2. Coordinate guest flow by monitoring dining room activity, communicating with staff and ensuring smooth seating and timely service.
3. Handle guest interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and special requests, while assisting with phone calls and general information.
4. Maintain a clean and organized hostess station and entrance area to always ensure a pleasant first impression.

Qualifications:

1. Open to Ukrainian & CIS nationalities. Female, 35 years old and below.
2. Must have at least 2 years of experience in the UAE.
3. Adaptable and dependable, able to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule.
4. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
