Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hostel operations, ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for all residents.
• Manage resident admissions, room assignments, and check-out procedures, maintaining accurate occupancy records.
• Enforce hostel rules and regulations consistently, addressing behavioral issues and mediating disputes promptly.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance, housekeeping, and security staff to uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety.
