Recruiter – Hospitality & High-Volume Hiring

Department: Recruitment

Location: Dubai (3 days in Group Services office, 2 days at hotel site)

Contract Type: 6-month contract (renewable)

Working Hours: 5 days per week

Position Summary

We are seeking two experienced Recruiters to support a large-scale hiring project for a luxury hospitality brand in Dubai. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing high-volume recruitment across operational departments, with a focus on frontline roles in hospitality, F&B, retail, or guest services.

This is a project-based role supporting the pre-opening of a landmark hotel, where up to 300 staff will be hired over a 6-month period. It’s a fantastic opportunity for recruiters with a background in fast-paced, customer-facing industries to gain exposure to a flagship hospitality initiative. High performers may be considered for future internal projects upon successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across departments such as F&B, room service, concierge, guest relations, retail, or front-of-house operations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand manpower needs and hiring timelines.
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other platforms to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Conduct screenings, schedule interviews, and maintain a smooth candidate journey throughout the process.
  • Ensure all candidates meet job-specific requirements and align with brand standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date records, trackers, and reports for ongoing recruitment activities.
  • Represent the brand professionally and positively in all candidate and stakeholder interactions.

Key Requirements

Essential:

  • 1–2 years of recruitment experience within the UAE or GCC region.
  • Experience hiring for roles in hospitality, F&B, retail, customer service, or other high-volume industries.
  • Confident user of LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure in fast-moving environments.

Desirable:

  • Experience supporting large-scale or project-based recruitment campaigns.
  • Multilingual skills (e.g., Spanish, German, Italian, Russian, French) are a plus.
  • Previous experience in pre-opening or high-growth hiring environments.
