Recruiter – Hospitality & High-Volume Hiring

Location: Dubai (3 days in Group Services office, 2 days at hotel site)
Contract Type: 6-month contract (renewable)
Working Hours: 5 days per week
Position Summary
We are seeking two experienced Recruiters to support a large-scale hiring project for a luxury hospitality brand in Dubai. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing high-volume recruitment across operational departments, with a focus on frontline roles in hospitality, F&B, retail, or guest services.
This is a project-based role supporting the pre-opening of a landmark hotel, where up to 300 staff will be hired over a 6-month period. It’s a fantastic opportunity for recruiters with a background in fast-paced, customer-facing industries to gain exposure to a flagship hospitality initiative. High performers may be considered for future internal projects upon successful completion.
