This role requires a deep understanding of luxury hospitality, impeccable attention to detail, and a proactive approach to personalized service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage hospitality services for HNWI clients, ensuring every aspect of their experience is seamless.
2. Coordinate luxury accommodations, private dining, event planning, and bespoke requests tailored to individual preferences.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, anticipating their needs and preferences.
4. Partner with luxury service providers to secure exclusive experiences and VIP access.
5. Ensure the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and service excellence at all times.
6. Resolve issues proactively and creatively to maintain an exceptional client experience.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in luxury hospitality, lifestyle management, or similar high-service environments.
2. Strong understanding of the expectations and preferences of HNWI clients.
3. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
5. Impeccable discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with care.
6. Strong network within the luxury hospitality and lifestyle space is a plus.
