Job summary

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts in Dubai seeks a FP&A Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting and monthly close, translating financial data into clear insights for executives. You will collaborate with Operations Finance, Development and corporate functions, and help prepare topline reporting, P&L analyses and KPI dashboards.

The role requires OneStream and Tableau experience, advanced Excel, and fluency in English; a proactive, detail‑oriented team player is ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience with OneStream, Tableau, and financial reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel skills; VBA knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of BI and data visualization tools is an asset.
• Strong communication and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support the FP&A Manager in day-to-day tasks and budgeting processes.
• Assist with monthly closing, reporting, and performance analysis activities.
• Prepare management reports, P&L analyses, and KPI dashboards.
• Contribute to development of dashboards and automation for reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support reporting requirements.
