Job summary

SEHA is seeking a Landscaping Supervisor to oversee all landscaping activities within the hospital campus in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures quality, safety, and aesthetic standards are met by supervising contractor staff and coordinating with internal departments.

The successful candidate will review plans, approve materials, manage irrigation layouts, monitor budgets, and prepare monthly reports for the Building Maintenance Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years of landscaping or related experience.
• Experience in hospital/facilities maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and audits of landscaping quality.
• Ensure contractor compliance with contract conditions and standards.
• Coordinate with hospital departments to meet landscaping needs.
• Prepare annual grounds keeping budget and monthly reports.
• Monitor irrigation systems and related maintenance.
• Oversee contractor staff and attendance.
