Job summary

SHEIKH KHALIFA HOSPITAL FUJAIRAH seeks a qualified Electrical Engineer to oversee the hospital’s electrical systems on site. You will supervise operation, evaluate systems against standards, and ensure safety and reliability using CAFM and CAD tools.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, PE license or equivalent, and 3–5 years’ experience in manufacturing or energy sectors. You will coordinate with contractors, review drawings, and ensure MOH and JCI compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• PE license or equivalent certification highly preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in manufacturing or energy sectors.
• Proficiency in CAD and simulation tools mentioned for design and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operation of hospital electrical systems using CAFM
• Evaluate electrical systems, products, and components to standards
• Ensure safety and reliability through preventive maintenance and inspections
• Oversee electrical infrastructure in generators, UPS, and lighting
• Diagnose electrical problems and implement corrective actions promptly
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers
• Review complex drawings, schematics, and specifications
• Ensure compliance with MOH regulations and JCI accreditation standards
