Job Description

My client is opening a hospital in Abu Dhabi. It is part of a large investment group.

Summary

The CEO will provide full-time, professional services as the Chief Executive Officer of the Hospital. The CEO will perform all duties required by the position, including those set forth in the Hospital’s governing laws, regulations, contracts, bylaws, and policy statements of the Board of Directors. The role involves implementing the strategic goals and objectives of the Hospital. The CEO is expected to provide inspiring and effective leadership while managing, directing, and coordinating all hospital activities to fulfill its values, mission, strategy, and annual goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning: Develop short-term and long-term strategic plans in collaboration with the Board of Directors. Ensure effective communication and delegation for timely execution. Assess and amend business plans as needed, and position the hospital for ongoing success in the evolving healthcare industry.
  2. Delivery of Healthcare Services: Oversee the design, marketing, promotion, delivery, risk management, and quality of healthcare services.
Job Requirements
Experience
  • Extensive experience working directly with healthcare facilities of similar size and structure.
  • Knowledge of HAAD regulations and policies is advantageous.
  • Proven business success demonstrated through consistent performance indicators.
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
Education

Masters degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields.
