JOB TITLE
Home Delivery Manager | MAF Entertainment | Head Office

ROLE SUMMARY
The Home Delivery Manager is responsible for leading and expanding the Food and Beverage online delivery business for VOX Cinemas and shadow brands, while managing Candy Bar partnerships across the region. This includes developing growth strategies, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring the effective rollout of initiatives to enhance customer experience and revenue.

ROLE PROFILE

1. Develop and implement a data-driven strategy to grow the Home Delivery business.
2. Identify new growth opportunities through research and analysis to address performance gaps.
3. Manage the Home Delivery budget and forecasts.
4. Oversee the delivery of critical projects, ensuring milestones and business outcomes are achieved.
5. Build and maintain partnerships with regional online food delivery aggregators to enhance visibility and sales.
6. Improve online menus by optimizing product visibility, pricing, and presentation to boost sales conversion.
7. Monitor costs and drive profitability through proactive decision-making and cost management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience in product management, with exposure to the full product lifecycle.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in online food delivery, e-commerce, or related fields.
• Experience delivering product strategies in emerging markets is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams effectively.
