JOB TITLE
Home Delivery Manager | MAF Entertainment | Head Office

ROLE SUMMARY
The Home Delivery Manager is responsible for leading and expanding the Food and Beverage online delivery business for VOX Cinemas and shadow brands. This role involves managing Candy Bar partnerships across the region, developing growth strategies, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring the successful rollout of initiatives to enhance customer experience and increase revenue.

ROLE PROFILE

• Develop and implement a data-driven strategy to expand the Home Delivery business.
• Identify new growth opportunities through research and analysis to address performance gaps.
• Set and manage the Home Delivery budget and forecasts.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of critical projects, ensuring milestones are achieved and business outcomes are met.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with regional online food delivery aggregators to optimize visibility and sales.
• Develop and implement improvements to online menus, optimizing product visibility, pricing, and presentation for better sales conversion.
• Monitor costs and drive profitability through proactive decision-making and effective cost management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in product management, with exposure to the full product lifecycle.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in online food delivery, e-commerce, or a related industry.
• Experience delivering product strategies in emerging markets is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
