Skills Hub is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Abu Dhabi facility to provide direct patient care across medical specialties. You will work with a multidisciplinary team and follow established protocols to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, a home country license, fluent in English and Arabic, and can join immediately. We offer accommodation, visa and a competitive salary package.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, monitoring, medication administration, wound care, and other nursing interventions, ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of patients.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans based on patients' unique needs, conditions, and preferences.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including nursing assessments, care plans, progress notes, and medication administration records, in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
• Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care practices, empowering them to actively participate in their care and make informed decisions.
• Adhere to infection control protocols, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines to prevent the spread of infections and ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Job Description: As a Registered Nurse at our healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients across various medical specialties. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care interventions in accordance with established standards and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide direct patient care, including assessments, monitoring, medication administration, wound care, and other nursing interventions, ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of patients always.
2. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans based on patients' unique needs, conditions, and preferences.
