Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Home Care Nurse Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional patient care, along with proven leadership skills in managing a team of home care nurses.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the home care nursing team, ensuring efficient delivery of services and adherence to quality standards.

Recruit, train, and mentor home care nurses, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Develop and implement care plans tailored to each client's individual needs, in coordination with healthcare professionals and family members.

Conduct regular assessments of clients' health status and provide appropriate interventions as needed.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of home care nurses, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions when necessary.

Collaborate with other healthcare providers and community resources to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
